As part of her consulting practice, she designs end-to-end learning solutions for Harvard Business Publishing on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, as well as Women in Leadership. She also facilitates Harvard’s corporate leadership programs for Fortune 500 companies globally.

Additionally, she works as a consultant with DDI's Executive services for C-level, SVPs, and VPs, and serves as an adjunct faculty member with Emeritus.
